Each message sent by a visitor to your chatbot counts as one message. Bot replies are not counted separately. Monthly limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
